I called the owner and he responded immediately. He assessed the situation and sent a man out within 24 hours to do the repairs. What a relief! I can't remember when I've ever had a problem solved so quickly and efficiently. And they do a whole lot more than roofing. Honest, professional, and so easy to work with. Highly recommend G3.

Since being introduced to the G3 team, from the top down through the project manager to the subcontractors, I have only received the best service I have ever received from a General Contractor in my life! After interviewing contractors for a slab leak I had a few years ago which affected my master bathroom, bedroom, and connected flooring, so many turned away, because they didn't want to deal with the complications that insurance "might" bring. Man, where do I even start with how great their service was. First of all, the manager JD was excellent. He made sure we were satisfied with the work throughout the whole project and kept us in the loop consistently. Matt was great with dealing with the insurance. Juan on the demo team was amazing and very thorough with his work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for water leaks and mold restoration. I thought my house was a goner, but they restored it to tip-top shape. 10/10 everything.
